Cherry Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. heavy cream
chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in pie filling and pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Chill until partially set.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together; stir into lemon gelatin.
Add undrained pineapple.
Whip heavy cream; fold into mixture.
Fold in marshmallows.
Spread lemon mixture over cherry layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Set until firm.
