Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal mix
3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 c. milk

Preparation

Combine corn meal, flour, onion and egg.
Gradually beat in milk.
Drop from spoon into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
