Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket of beef
    6 oz. barbecue sauce (your choice)
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    pepper
    salt
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Pour smoke over brisket placed in large baking dish; sprinkle with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt on top.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    When ready to bake, pour off smoke and sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
