Mexican Pot Roast(Makes 6 To 8 Large Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless roast
    2 Tbsp. garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    3 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 lb. dry pinto beans
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in large pot and cover with water.
    Cook slowly for 7 to 9 hours.
    Keep covered with water and stir occasionally during cooking.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 to 3 tablespoons of picante sauce.
    Meat will shred.
