Cheesy Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. small cauliflower florets
1 can 99% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large saucepan, bring about 1 1/2-inches of water to a boil.
Place the cauliflower in a steamer basket and set basket in the saucepan.
Cover and steam for 6 to 8 minutes, until crisp-tender.
