Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 rounded tsp. baking powder
    1 egg in cup, fill with milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 to 8 apples
Preparation
    Mix cinnamon and 2 tablespoons flour for topping.
    Mix first four ingredients like pie crust.
    Beat egg and milk lightly and add to dry mixture; mix well.
    Peel and slice apples and place on top of batter which has been placed in two 7 x 9-inch pans. Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake for about 25 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven or until apples are soft.
