Apple-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. apples (fresh or canned), chopped
Preparation
    Mix together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. On low speed, add oil, eggs, chopped apples and nuts.
    Bake in two medium-sized pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with apple butter, honey or cream cheese.
