Swiss Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, finely diced*
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 clove garlic
    2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Kirsch
    1/10 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    French bread, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    *You can use half Swiss cheese and half Gruyere cheese, it is very tasty.
