Chicken Pot Pie I - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1 3/4 c. (1 can) chicken broth
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust
Preparation

Melt margarine over low heat.
Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in broth and milk.
Heat to boil; stir constantly.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken and veggies.
Put into pie shell and put top crust on; slit top.
Roll ends under.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Great with turkey leftover meat also.
