Oven Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. chicken stock (can use canned chicken broth)
    2 c. mild salsa
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions (about 2 medium)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 oz. frozen green peas, defrosted
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. coriander, ground
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    In a 3-quart casserole combine the rice, stock, salsa, onions, garlic, salt, peas, oregano and coriander.
    Stir to combine.
