Beet And Horseradish Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. red horseradish
1 c. diced beets
1/2 c. diced cucumbers
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
2 Tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. beet juice

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add rest of ingredients. Slightly oil the mold and pour mixture in.
Chill in refrigerator until formed.
