Daphne'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar together well.
    Add oleo (cut into flour mix).
    Add the dissolved yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and egg yolks.
    Mix all this well and add to flour mixture with warm milk. Cover and leave overnight in refrigerator.
    Divide into 3 balls. Roll out in oval shape 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread filling on half and fold over.
    Pinch edges.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
