Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. spinach, washed and spun
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    Sweet and Sour Dressing (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Toss ingredients together (except bacon).
    Add dressing and toss.
    Top with bacon.
