Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Mix together oil, eggs and carrots.
    Add dry ingredients into oil mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
