Hamburger Supreme By Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onions, salt, pepper and eggs.
    Mix well and shape into patties about 3/4-inch thick.
    Roll in flour and brown on both sides in hot vegetable oil.
    Remove patties when brown and pour off all but 3 to 4 tablespoons of fat.
    Add flour to fat (may add some salt and pepper, if desired).
    Mix well.
    Add milk and mushroom soup; stir until thick.
    Return patties to pan and cook 15 minutes longer, or place in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
