Tomato Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. dry basil or fresh to taste
    1 tsp. dry oregano or fresh to taste
    salt
    pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables and spices and mix well.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft batter.
    Spoon batter into hot oil in frying pan to make the fritters.
    Serve hot.
    You can use very ripe or still a little green tomatoes in this recipe.
