Ranchero Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. cherry peppers, diced
8 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. oil
3 Tbsp. picante sauce (add last)
Preparation

Cook in cast-iron skillet, uncovered, until tender, stirring often.
Add picante sauce and simmer 5 minutes; serve hot.
