Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh dill or 2 tsp. dill seed
    2 garlic cloves
    1 small (red) hot pepper
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 qt. water
    1 c. water
    cucumbers
Preparation
    Place dill, garlic and hot pepper in a quart jar.
    Wash cucumbers and pack in jars.
    Bring vinegar and water to a boil. Pour this mixture over cucumbers and seal jars.
    Allow at least 8 weeks to cure.
