Chicken In Olive Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 skinless, boned chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
    1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut 4 thin slices lemon, squeeze 2 teaspoons juice from remaining lemon, set aside.
    Flatten chicken to even thickness. In hot oil, cook chicken until brown on both sides.
    In bowl, combine soup and milk and stir in olives, juice and pepper.
    Pour over chicken, top with lemon slices.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
