6 c. peeled, diced red potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. self-rising flour
3 c. milk
3/4 lb. processed cheese or 1 lb. Velveeta
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Cover.
Simmer 7 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
