Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can coconut
1 (2-layer) Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. oleo
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Spread coconut in bottom of well-greased 15 x 11 x 2-inch pan. Spread pecans over coconut.
Prepare cake mix as directed; pour over top of coconut and nuts.
Mix softened oleo, cream cheese and sugar.
Drop by spoonfuls on cake; do not stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
