Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken, cook and debone (save broth)
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 (17 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked as directed
1 stick butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. jar pimento
3 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
Velveeta cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Cook celery and onion in small amount broth from chicken until tender.
Mix all ingredients except cheese in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Top with cheese just before serving.
