Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, diced
1/2 c. sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2/3 stick oleo
Preparation

Mix together first 3 ingredients; put in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and oleo to crumble stage.
Place on top of rhubarb and put in microwave for another 6 to 8 minutes.
