Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pt. half and half
    1 vegetable or chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta chunks
    1 bay leaf
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Mix flour to make a paste.
    Add half and half, bouillon cube and seasoned salt; stir until warm.
    Add milk; stir until thickened (stir often).
    Add Velveeta; when melted, add bay leaf and broccoli.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
