Chicken A La King(Serves 40) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cooked
    1 large can mushrooms, cut
    2 large green peppers, shredded
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour (heaped)
    3 pt. cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. white pepper
    dash of cayenne
    dash of curry powder
    1 1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch squares.
    Melt butter.
    Blend with flour.
    Add cream.
    As it thickens, add salt, sugar, pepper, cayenne and curry.
    Mix all together.
    Add sherry to chicken and cream sauce.
