Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. spaghetti sauce (Ragu or Prego)
2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb. uncooked lasagna noodles
3/4 lb. hamburger
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. chopped garlic (kind in a jar)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

This can be put together the night before and refrigerated without baking.
Increase baking time by 15 minutes.
