Spinach Souffle(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach
    1 large carton cottage cheese (large curd)
    1/4 lb. American cheese, cut up
    1/4 lb. butter, cut up
    6 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare spinach as directed on package.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into greased dish. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
