Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine the eggs, mayonnaise, soup and grated onion; mix well.
    Fold in broccoli and grated cheese.
    Place mixture in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
