Carolyna'S Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 slice toasted bread
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2/3 to 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Mash thoroughly and set aside to cool.
    Cube toasted bread; toss in melted butter until all sides are coated and browned.
    When potatoes are cool, whip until fluffy.
    Add egg, salt and white pepper.
