Nalesniki(Cheese Crepes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Lightly oil skillet.
    Heat to medium high.
    Pour batter into oval shapes (usually 2 per skillet).
    Edges will curl.
    Cook until light brown, then turn.
    Roll up with cottage cheese; sprinkle with sugar.
    Makes 12 to 15 crepes.
