Shrimply Scrumptious(Shrimp Creole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 (about 8 oz.) pkg. frozen peeled ready-to-cook shrimp
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute celery, onions and pepper in oil until tender; stir in remaining ingredients except rice.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until shrimp is tender; stir occasionally.
    Serve over hot rice.
    This recipe makes 4 servings.
