Pork Chop & Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    vegetable oil
    seasoned salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 C. milk
    1/2 C. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 - 8 oz. cans fried onion rings
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in lightly oiled skillet.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt to taste; set aside.
