New Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced (4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    In a large bowl stir mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar together until well blended.
    Add prepared potatoes and onions. Toss to mix well.
    Cover and chill 4 hours.
    If desired, sprinkle top with chopped parsley.
