    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Italian sweet sausages (1/3 lb.)
    pinch of red pepper flakes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/3 c. thick white sauce
    12 large mushroom caps
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. finely chopped apple slices
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    10 or 11 bacon slices
    1 lb. large mushrooms
    1 stick melted butter
    1 roll Ritz crackers, chopped up
    handful chopped mushroom stems
    6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and chopped up
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    dash of salt
    1 whole chicken breast, poached and diced
    12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
    3 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper
    small round pitas
    10 oz. soy sauce
    1 pkg. brown sugar
    1 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    5 lb. chicken wings
    1 lb. dough
    1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni*
    Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded (about 1/2 lb.)*
