Mahatma Golden Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet corn (with red and green peppers), drained
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1.5 oz. pkg. mahatma saffron yellow rice mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Add margarine to rice and stir until melted.
    Add corn and soup.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4 to 6.
