Spinach And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

1 pie crust
4 eggs
2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pie crust and line 9-inch pie plate.
With wire whisk, beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper and onions. Stir in spinach (thawed and well drained) and cheese.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0; turn oven control to 325\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes.
Quiche is cooked when inserted knife in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yields 6 servings.
