Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion
    8 to 10 soft taco shells or flour tortilla shells
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    In a large bowl, add chicken soup, sour cream and 1/2 of the enchilada sauce.
    Mix together.
    In a large baking dish, open taco shell and fill with a small amount of mixture. Roll up and place filled shells side by side.
    Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and serve.
