Cranberry-Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 c. granulated sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. red currant jelly
1 bag cranberries
1 box yellow cake mix (I prefer Pillsbury Plus)
eggs and oil (per pkg. directions)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan (in oven) while preheating oven.
Add sugar and pineapple (include juice).
Mix well.
Rinse cranberries in colander and pick out mushy ones.
Remove any stems.
Sprinkle cranberries over pineapple mixture (evenly).
Pour prepared cake mix over pineapple/cranberry mix.
