Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. elbow macaroni
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
paprika
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Blend in flour, salt and mustard; add milk.
Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and is smooth.
Add 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Heat until melted.
Remove from heat.
Butter baking dish.
Put cooked macaroni in dish.
Pour sauce over macaroni.
Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
Dash with paprika.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
