Tofu Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for two-crust pie
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 lb. cubed tofu
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Toss the cubes of tofu in a mix of 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Brown the coated cubes in oil.
    When crispy, add the veggies and cook over medium heat until carrots are soft.
