Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can sauerkraut, drained and cut with scissors
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. white vinegar (I use sweet pickle juice)
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 small jar pimiento
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Stir in sauerkraut; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover bowl tightly and chill in refrigerator at least 12 hours before serving.
