Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 uncooked 8-inch pie shells
Preparation
    Place crumbled\tcooked sausage in bottom of pie shells. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over sausage.
    Cook, uncovered, on
    cookie
    sheet
    on
    lowest shelf of oven at 350\u00b0 until golden
    brown,
    about 55 minutes.
    Serve at once or cool and freeze if desired.
