Peach Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. peaches, prepared
2 c. water
4 c. sugar
Preparation

Peel peaches; cut in halves or quarters.
Boil sugar and water together until they are clear and the syrup is thick.
Put peaches in clean hot jars and fill jars to overflowing with boiling syrup.
Seal at once.
