Edith'S Rave Reviews Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl.
Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
