Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon flavor
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. finely chopped or grated pears
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 c. raisins (white)
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder and spices together.
    Add to oil mixture.
    Add flour and mix good.
    Add pecans, raisins and pears.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in tube pan or 3 small loaf pans.
