Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes (about 8 to 10 large)
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. dried chives or 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.
Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Top with cheese and serve immediately.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
