Baked Zucchini And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    2 medium fresh tomatoes
    1 medium mild onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    1 c. butter crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Wash
    zucchini;
    do
    not
    peel unless the skin is tough. Peel tomatoes
    and
    onion.
    Slice all into very thin crosswise slices. In\ta
    greased
    baking
    dish, make alternate layers of zucchini, tomatoes
    and
    onions,
    sprinkling each layer with a little
    salt and
    pepper,
    dotting with butter.\tCover the top with crushed cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until vegetables are tender.
