Crescent Italians - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil or rosemary
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain.
    Add the next 4 ingredients; mix well.
    Place in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish; top with cheese.
    Have rolls prepared or keep casserole hot while preparing them.
