1 stick margarine
1 c. nuts
1 c. plus 3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
1 large box chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

First Layer (crust):
Mix flour, 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar, margarine and 1/2 cup nuts and press into an 11 x 7 1/2-inch Pyrex pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; cook 10 minutes at 300\u00b0.
