Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except peanuts in saucepan.
    Cook and stir to fast rolling boil.
    Lower heat and keep stirring, allowing to boil more slowly for 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat, add peanuts and beat until candy starts to thicken.
    Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
    Yield: 24 clusters.
